Pre-Ballet

This class is for younger ages, 3-4 years old. This class promotes physical and cognitive development, social skills, and encourages confidence. Faculty will lay the core foundations of WTC’s ballet education. Students will develop poise and musicality in a fun and creative environment. This Pre-Ballet work will prepare the dancer for primary 1 classes while adding excitement and movement.

Ages 3-4 years old

This class will expose students ages 3-years-old to 5-years-old to the exciting world of ballet and tap. Classes will be structured around the Cecchetti Primary Syllabus.

Students will have 30 mins of ballet for strength and balance, and will begin to learn basic ballet terminology. The last 15 mins will be dedicated to tap which establishes rhythm and coordination. Tap curriculum is based off Al Gilbert Method

Every class ends with the Grande Reverence. A traditional curtsy or bow.
