For students on a more serious track, or desiring to learn terminology and theory, the two lower student grades will develop proper placement of torso, hips, and legs without exceeding anatomical limitations. The coordination of arms and head are developed with a concentration on smooth transitions throughout the exercises.

This class is directed by the syllabus. It is split into 4 main parts. Theory, barre exercises, center and allegro work will also be covered.
Once a student demonstrates the ability and knowledge of the syllabus, with the teaching faculty’s endorsement, they are eligible to take their exam.
Every class ends with a Grande Reverence. A traditional curtsy or bow.
On exam year we will ask students to attend 2x per week.
